Jameson’s Skin Booty™ Orders: Skin Booty™ orders are custom made upon receipt and in the order they are received, and processing time varies. Please place any orders allowing for appropriate lead time for your needs. Although all precautions are taken for ensuring availability of ingredients, containers and shipping, we do rely on our suppliers for necessary items to make and package our products. Availability on their end may delay the processing of orders on our end. In such instances, we will notify customers of any potential delay to ensure acceptance of the inconvenience and provide the estimated delivery time, based on our suppliers’ information.
Payment: We use PayPal for the simplicity and security of payment for clients, as payment may be made with credit cards and with or without a PayPal account.
Prices: Prices may change without notice based on increase of costs from our suppliers, shipping, etc.
Refunds/Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Identical exchanges (size, item description, etc.) are available only for products damaged during shipment upon receipt of an email showing the damaged package and item(s) received. Emails in conjunction with exchanges must be sent to admin@skinbooty.com and received within twenty-four hours of delivery of package, include original order number, name and shipping address. Photos must be clear, showing damaged packaging, damaged product and item’s label. Once deemed as damaged, we will replace the items and refund their shipping cost (actual shipping cost, not expedited or special delivery request) or as posted on the package upon receipt of the damaged items.
Shipping: We ship to valid U.S. street addresses only and do not ship to P.O. boxes. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
