Do I need to create an account on JSB to make a purchase?
No, you may order as a guest! In fact, due to hackers, for your protection, we no longer allow accounts to be created on our site.
How do I place an order with you?
Found something you want? Please contact us via email with the product name(s), descriptions/colors and quantities you’d like to order and state “Order Request” in the Subject line.
Upon receipt of your email, we’ll contact you with payment options. We do not accept credit cards on our site; generally, we start with PayPal.
I don’t have an account with PayPal. Can I still pay with my credit card?
No problem. PayPal conveniently allows individuals to check out without having an account with them. You may proceed as a guest or, if you want to, create an account. The choice is yours.
PayPal is a proven secure method for paying online and that is why we use them on our site. We never receive your credit card number and do not have access to it, which eliminates the opportunity for others to access it through this site.
Do you use any artificial ingredients in your products?
No. Our mineral products are all natural.
Will you be offering mineral facial powders?
Yes! We now have the facial complexion powders available for purchase, our Best Mineral Foundation may now be purchased.
Are your products made overseas?
No. They are hand crafted here in the United States.
Are your products offered in larger sizes?
No. Due to the make up of our products, usually a little goes a long way and smaller quantities ensure freshness throughout use.
Why is my jar of product not quite full?
All products are weighed during the packaging process. Several products settle as they rest.
Should I refrigerate my products?
No. When products are removed from the refrigerator, they will perspire. Water will then be introduced into the product, deteriorating its integrity and shortening its lifespan.
Is there an expiration date?
No. For best results, store in cool, dry environments and avoid exposure to heat and humidity. Do not introduce water to any of our products (this includes using dry fingers when dipping in to apply).
What if I have allergies?
We understand the seriousness of allergies and encourage you to carefully review the list of ingredients provided for each product.
Do you gift wrap?
Not at this time, although our products do make lovely gifts!
